We love what we do and how the balloons bring so much joy to our Big Island Westside Community. Unfortunately, due to budget, we are unable to donate to every community event due to a high volume of request.
Please review the following requirements to determine whether your organization meets our criteria for donation. Even if we may have supported your organization in the past, does not guarantee future support, but you will be given priority.
Also note that even if you meet our criteria, filling out this form is not a guarantee I will be able to help out in your important event.
Please see the following requirements to be considered:
We will only consider donation requests for registered 501 (c)(3) organizations that are submitted in writing on organization's letterhead or from a valid organization's email address.
Donation requests are on a first come, first serve basis and must be received no later than 90 days prior to event.
All Decor must be for the requesting organization's event and cannot be transferred to another person/company or redeemed for cash.
We provide service on the Westside of Hawaii Island ONLY. Other parts of the Island we do not service will be considered with advanced notice, but not guaranteed.
Donation request will be considered by completing this form ONLY. Only legitimate charitable requests will be considered and 501 (c)(3) certificate maybe required to verify your status.
We have the right to deny any donation or discount at any time.
